Hi tarnold20, It may be that the browser is stuck in a bad state and needs to be reset. You can try uninstalling/reinstalling it to see if it resolves the issue or you can try resetting Firefox as seen here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems

this was not helpful for me. what happens is that firefox keeps crashing. the flashplayer crashes all of the time. what do i do to fix that so firefox works excellent
