But why is it not available as an extension? If this is Firefox being greedy and asking for money, do we need to be told?

I want to continue using Firefox, but I need Dashlane to appear somewhere in bar. It is installed but the icon does not appear. I'm working on a MacBook. Sadly I must use Chrome until this is fixed.

I can download, from the link givenabove, the extension from Dashlane OK, but when I attempt to install it, I get a notification stating "The add-on could not be installed because it does not match the add-on Firefox expected" Can anyone please suggest what Firefox was expecting? Today is March 32, 2021 And Firefox upgrade has taken off my dashlane extension and will not install it. I am also getting a notification stating "The add-on could not be installed because it does not match the add-on Firefox expected". And after wasting hours yesterday and now having to make a Mozilla account just to find out that no one knows how to fix this. I have used Firefox for years but will be switching as I do NOT want Firefox to remember my passwords I WANT MY DASHLANE EXTENSION to work like it did before it automatically upgraded to version 87. If I can't add it back on I will be deleting Firefox from all computers in my house. I don't need the aggravation. Google Chrome browser works great.
