IN BOX NOT WORKING
Beside the word INBOX there is a little ball / dot that goes from left to right, backwards and forwards. I can't receive emails.

Is this a new installation, or have you had it working up until now? When did this start, and did anything else change at the same time (such as security software or an update)? Are you using IMAP or POP? Are you connected to the Internet or working offline? Does your Webmail have thousands of messages in Inbox? Who is your email provider?
