Changing my email address on my Mozilla Support profile
Hi,
I changed my email address to a gmail address a year ago, but I still use the Mozilla Support. Mozilla Support will let you change your password on your profile, but NOT your email address. I have tried unsuccessfully to advise them of my new email address and ask that they change it at their end, but nothing ever came of it. I never got any response. What do people advise me to do in this case?

There is a two-step process for changing your email address on your Firefox Account:
(1) Add your new address as a secondary address (2) Promote your secondary address to primary
