can't access my e-mails on Comcast
Can't access my e-mails on comcast/xfinity..get error message " SEC error Revoked Certificate (Firefox)"..&..."idm.xfinity.com Peers certificate has been revoked...",,contacted Xfinity after 20 minutes they told me to contact my computer mfr HP..I did....signed up for tech service...they spent 1 1/2 hrs.. trying to fix problem get a fix that worked for 1 day...doesn't work any more... need to access emails..am 89 yrs old...not a computer person...need these e-mail contacts to maintain my basic needs....is there anybody out there to help.? can't get an email response... is there a telepone # to call? my tel number is xxx xxx xxxx....thanks

There have been issues reported with the idm.xfinity.com server and it appears that Comcast/Xfinity has forgotten to update/renew the certificate for this domain. You can contact Comcast and point them to the Qualys SSL Report for idm.xfinity.com.
