I have migrated to a new email account. Both my new and old accounts were on Thunderbird. Yesterday I moved to delete the account I am no longer using. When I did this I was given the option of keeping my email folders---I have, or had, a lot of old emails I wanted to keep. So I selected to delete the account but keep the folders. When I hit the remove button all the folders disappeared. Can anyone help? I am hoping to folders are still on my hard drive, can they be recovered and put into my new email on the computer?
