How do I keep my child from clearing Browsing History?
I want to keep my children from clearing their browsing histories so i can see the exact sites they go to. possibly find a way to "log" their passwords to these site w/o them knowing.

You may want to look into third party parental control software such as K9 Web Protection.
You can lock down Firefox features by using an add-on such as Public Fox, but as with any add-on it is quite easy to bypass.
