some places eg starbucks - i tried `repair' - it said if you still cannot connect contact manager of network - when this happens i go elsewhere - with wi-fi - and it works normally - i have a dell latitude - d505 laptop

HI dasrath, Go to the history and remove the links to google or the wifi login. Open up the browser one more time and login to the wifi session. Once approved you should be able to visit the google page.
