I have been using FIREFOX for YEARS to access my email on comcast.net. Just about 3 days ago, I am unable to do so. I get the circle going round and round and round and never connecting. I can open it on Google Chrome and IE, so this leads me to believe it is a Firefox issue. Please help.

Chosen solution

hello, please try to reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords).

since you appear to have a few suspicious addons installed as well, i'd also recommend to run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner which are specialised in adware detection.
