This is driving me nuts. Adobe flash crashes every time in multiple sites. I have reset Firefox, uninstalled every add on to test them. Right now there are no add on's (post resetting Firefox). Going down the list of fixes here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/adobe-flash-plugin-has-crashed

-Yes, the plugins are all up to date -I cannot disable acceleration because if I right click on the red box (located here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues), I get the message that the shockwave flash plugin is busy or ahs stopped working

Help!

can you take me a screen shot of all your running process when you load firefox, all of them please... :)

Sure. This will take a couple of screen shots since the list of *all* processes is pretty long. There are five screen shots total. Does this help?

Also, I'm on Windows 8.1, 64-bit. The Firefox version is 33.1.1

Thanks!

I'm not seeing the plugin-container or the Flash plugin in the screenshot. You would have to check when page that uses Flash is open.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
