Is there a place in the Help menus that provides the names for all of the parts of the Firefox page, such as Toolbar, Addressbar, etc.; if not can you provide?

When using the Help I find references to the Address Bar, the Toolbar, Bookmark Tags, etc. and don't always know exactly what areas these terms refer to on the Firefox page. I tried to find a guide, to no avail. It would be very helpful if the Help section had this, if it doesn't already.

I found this page, but it is a bit out of date. http://en.flossmanuals.net/firefox/ch013_interface/
