Generally, you need to create accounts first before you can import mail. If you recreate your accounts manually, they should show correctly. You may need to start with a new profile and import your restoration again after setting up your accounts.

Thanks. I recreated the account and the inbox is loading, but only the inbox. How do I get all my other folders and my address book?

If you lost your Thunderbird inbox before, you might not want to restore your entire profile because it could have gotten corrupted.

In order to get all of your mail and your address book(s) back, you can copy the "Mail" folder and .mab files from your old profile.
