SMTP Server Timeout recurring problem
Hello all! MY issue is this. Our work computers use thunderbird to recieve emails from clients and to send emails to clients. We all have accounts to our website stepainting.com and this issue just recently started happening. This is day two of this problem and I dont want to have to deal with this all the time.
Sometime around the morning the emails stop working. We keep getting a SMTP server timed out message and we don't know whats wrong.
Heres our troubleshooting information

I'd suggest you start investigating the server side and/or talk with your email provider.
