I have downloaded MyPoints toolbar, and the only place it is showing is in the Extension page, it is enabled, but don't see it as a toolbar, and I checked the view and its not there, mt Stumble Upon is but not MyPoints, it also should be listed as a search engine and it's not. I am running the current Firefox 39.0, and running Windows 8.1.

Do you see any errors in the Browser Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) immediately after startup about this extension?
