My Internet Explorer froze and I had to force shutdown my PC. Thunderbird was open at the time (I forgot to exit prior to powering down). Upon restarting the PC and opening Thunderbird I'm not getting my email accounts and their related folders and emails. Instead, I am getting the "Welcome to Thunderbird" screen with options to create a new email address, use an existing email address or configure my account later. So it seems my account has disappeared. Can you help me retrieve it, please?
