Website window is very small, if I zoom in the window gets larger but than it is too wide for me to use.
If you look at the picture that I believe I have attached, the vertical scroll bar is very very short and the width scroll bar is very long. Is there a way to switch these or adjust them? If the picture does not attach than essentially the problem is: when I open the website I use to make the schedules for work the box that has the schedule in it has very small margins, because of java updates and what not, I can now only use Firefox to edit the schedules before I switched to Firefox the window was much larger and I was able to see all the names on the schedule not just one at a time.

This is a hard question to answer without "hands on" with the application. Does the vendor provide support for Firefox and have any suggestions?
You could mention to them this guess: it appears the height of an object/embed may not be effectively specified. For example, if they are using height:100%, there may be a problem with an indeterminate height on a parent element somewhere between the object/embed and the body that causes the computation to fail and Firefox to use the default height (which I think is 300px).
this is the picture
thank you, jscher2000. Just to make sure I understand what you are saying, there is nothing I can do to fix the issue and if your guess is correct all I can do is let the company know about the issue.
I can only guess what the problem is and I think it is a good idea to check with the vendor first in case they have a solution in mind.
If there is an error in the HTML of the page, you sometimes can use techniques to modify the page after Firefox loads it, even if the vendor can't or won't update it. Usually you would need an add-on for this, and someone to figure out the "hack."
If it's a commonly used application, you could search around to see whether anyone has posted the solution/hack online. I wouldn't install any fixes without making sure they are legitimate first.
Okay I will try to check with the vendor first. thank you very much for your help and advice. I've been battling with this website for sometime now. I was only able to use the website on a computer at work for a long time then I was told that IE 10 would work but it didn't so I tried chrome and Edge but they didn't work because they wouldn't support java or something and now I'm trying to figure this out.
