Hello. My name is Jim. I REALLY love the concept, the idea of FF. I really do. I actually would like to use it more, maybe even be my primary browser rather than chrome. With this said, I just can't get it to open my proper gmail account, and with my plugins enabled, I can't get nearly the speed that I require of a proper browser. The latency...omg....it's finally caused me to write you, even at the expense of looking stupid. Without a clearer ability to turn on/off cookies, to allow my multiple gmail acounts to be used, and to actually jump through a minimum of 10 tabs at one time, I can't use your browser as it just can't keep up. I really WOULD like to use it. I think that it's more secure than chrome, but if it's doing what it's doing, it's no longer "can't", but won't. I won't tolerate it. Lastly, you can tell me that my plugins may be negatively affecting each other and therefore BLAH BLAH BLAH...No. In this day and age, you system should just work. I'll continue to use the browser on occasions, but I just can't use it, or recommend it, and I'm sad because I'd like to. I'd be glad to give you all my system stats, including plugin stats to see what the upper tier people can find, but I'm not a forum kinda guy.

Hi there. You have come to the right place.

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
