I had a photo of myself online that I accidentally deleted and desperately want back. Is it possible to still find it in the temporary internet files? I've tried the about:cache but it is not helpful.

The "Temporary Internet Files" folder is an Internet Explorer cache folder. If you viewed the photo in IE, you could check in there.

If about:cache is not helpful, you could consider using an add-on or third party program to explore Firefox's cache. I haven't used these myself, but as examples:

There are other things that need attention.

The System Details List shows that you have multiple Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502
  2. Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602
  3. Shockwave Flash 11.8 r800
  4. Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
