Just that. I've got this new pc and I'm trying to open my Netflix account. When I click the Sign in button the whole Firefox browser shuts down.

Hello there,

Clearing your browsers cookies and cache can help remove excess data that could be causing Firefox to crash.

You can try and clear the cache/cookies by doing the following:

1. Click the menu button and choose “History” 2. Then click “Clear Recent History” 3. Clear everything and tick all the boxes before clicking on “Clear Now”

Finally, relaunch your browser and see if the issue still persists.

Hope this helps!
