In order for my students to open my streaming videos on my course website, they had to disable protection and then everything was working fine. Now, when we try to open a video, we get the following message "A pluggin is needed to display this context" I have Office 365 that I downloaded for free from my university website, but I encountered some issues with it, and I had to use the "repair" function in the "program" menu of Microsoft a few days ago. How do I manage to open my streaming videos now?

Hi

Without knowing the video or the site, it may be the case that you need to install Flash.

Failing that, there may be controls in place with the educational facility in question to prevent videos on websites from running.
