I can't sign into Google if I disable cookies, even when I add Google as an exception.

I like to turn cookies off and add the web sites I visit as exceptions. This works for every site I go to (including YouTube), but it fails to sign me into Google even if I add the following to my list:

I don't want to allow all cookies. Does anyone know what I'd have to add so I can properly sign into Google?

I did what cor-el said and turns out these are the only ones you need to make an exception for:

But the main culprit was an extension I forgot I had called Searchonymous. Disabling that was the answer.

You can temporarily enable all cookies to see what cookies are created and then create an "Allow" exception and disable the cookies to restore the previous cookie settings.
