How do i shut off the Bulk Mail feature

This bulk mail feature in Thunderbird has not trapped one useless email but is constantly sending real emails into this folder.

Then I have to move them back into the real folder before using. please just shut this nonsense off.

Sounds like you are a Yahoo customer. The Bulk mail folder is created by Yahoo and mail sorted into it by Yahoo. Complain to them. Thunderbird uses a Junk mail folder if you set one up.
