I downloaded Thunderbird and I have 4 accounts. 3 of the accounts no issues but primary acct returns error message RETR command did not succeed.

more options

in the help menu select troubleshooting information click the show profile button. Close Thunderbird In the file explorer open the mail folder. Open the folder for your road runner server. Delete the file popstate.dat

Restart Thunderbird
