I am trying to watch a stream on Twitch and it will not stop loading, the chat box works fine. I have tried different streams and get the same result. I tried mmorpg.com and Tom's Hardware.com and they will not load either. A few sites load very slowly. I can open Youtube and it plays fine. Usually when a video does not open there is a problem with Flash (v23.0.0.162) I have uninstalled flash and reinstalled it. I have FF v49. I have tried clearing the cache and I have tried opening the stream in IE and Chrome. I tried creating a new profile and restarting in safe mode. No go Any suggestions?

Thanks

FredMcD Thanks for the reply.

The issue has been solved. I am not sure what it was but my ISP had a problem. There were a bunch of people who could not access their internet at all.
