Previous bookmarks were copied and are saved to desktop but I didn't have a profile or sync with previous firefox. They are saved as JSONLZ4 files. I can't figure out how to import them to my new firefox browser. Any help?

You can restore the most recent compressed .jsonlz4 backup in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).
