Add-ons Lightning, Provider Google Calendar, Gcontact Sync, Contact Tabs installed. Two deleted Google Calendars appear in Thunderbird. How do I remove?

I've been syncing calendars between Thurderbird and Google successfully. Recently two calendars were deleted in Google. These calendar entries continue to appear in Thunderbird. There was a post about deleting the calendar profile, but I am not knowledgeable how to do this.

I uninstalled the Add-Ons and reinstalled. Then I attempted uninstalling Thunderbird and reinstalling. If I select File, New, Calendar, in an attempt to Deselect the deleted calendars, this function is greyed out and it does not list these calendars anyway.

Maddening. Please help. Thank you.

SOLVED.

I just figured out how to Delete Selected Calendars under Events and Tasks. After I deleted one at a time, I was able to delete the two calendars that no longer exist in Google. Once I deleted all Calendars, I was able to add via File, New, Calendar.
