Is there an option in Thunderbird to unmark a message as read only after responding to it? I've had this option in EmClient.

For the reasons of the customer service and keep the emails updated i don't want to mark them as read after clicking in the bolded record, but just after responding to the email or mark it as read manualy. Please help!

You can set and unset the read status via right-click|Mark.

You can also set how and when Thunderbird marks a message as read. I think it's under Tools|Options|Display|Advanced.

I think I'd move messages to a different folder to indicate that they were being worked on, or set a tag on them. I couldn't work with your mix of unread and read-but-not-closed.
