Hello,

I installed Firefox for Android around one month ago into a LG 3G. Battery Doctor reports Firefox uses 25% of the battery total usage by all apps. In fact, I noticed that the battery is draining quickly. My smartphone used to last all day under heavy usage and now I need to recharge it mid-afternoon. I see posts from other users here, indicating the same power issue with Firefox. Their posts went unanswered. Please, Firefox developers, take a look and fix the high power consumption in the Android app.

Hello, I posted this Firefox battery draining issue one month ago. No replies, 12 Firefors users have the same problem.

I am using Chrome, want to use Firefox, but cannot do it because Firefox will drain my smartphone battery quickly. I uninstall Firefox, the battery lasts the whole day with intensive use.

Is there anybody from Firefox monitoring this forum? Firefox developers? Anybody? Please, are you resolving this Firefox battery issue?
