Currently I'm having to high light the emails I want deleted then go to the "delete these emails" to delete. A check box and delete button or tab at the top of emails would be great. Bell has one why not you?

checkboxes and Delete....You do not need a checkbox to select an email. They have that in my webmail. It takes a whole lot longer to delete.

Several ways to delete: Deleting a single email

  1. select email in list and click on 'Delete' key on keyboard.
  2. select email in list and when it opens in Message Pane, click on'Delete' button
  3. right click on email in list and select 'Delete message'

4. You can also, use the up and down directional keys on keyboard to select email and then use 'Delete' key. This can be realy quick.

To choose a block of contiguous emails for deletion:

  • click on first email
  • Hold down shift and click on last email
  • all in between get highlighted
  • x number of conversation is listed.
  • click on 'Delete' button or 'Delete' key

To choose various emails

  • Hold down 'Ctrl' key and select using mouse click
  • x number of conversation is listed.
  • click on 'Delete' button or 'Delete' key
