Hello, I read the article about resetting the master pasword: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-master-password-if-you-forgot-it

It is written "Remember: Resetting your master password will remove all of your saved usernames and passwords." Does it mean that this will delete passwords in my sync account (and on other sync devices)?

Yes, those synced passwords are also encrypted and without the master pass they couldn't be decrypted. So they'll be deleted.

So, if I first unlink the browser from sync to mozilla account, and after that reset master password, would I keep the passwords on the cloud and the other devices?

I'm not sure, but I'd guess that you would keep the passwords, if you're going to disconnect the browser from sync, and not connecting it again.
