When using Firefox 60.0.1 to browse to myaccounts.capitalone.com, when I click on any of the four accounts that are listed, I get a perpetual spinning wheel, and the account information is not displayed.

I've cleared all browsing history, cookies, (everything). I've also disabled hardware acceleration.

HI, I would say it is your Extensions that are causing the issue : Adblock Plus 3.1 Cisco WebEx Extension

This will very that : SAFE MODE

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
  • default theme is used (no persona)
  • userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
  • default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
  • Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected

AdBlockPlus was the problem. Whitelisting *.capitalone.com worked.
