Firefox was just updated ... and I saw the note about signing up for a Firefox account and so started to proceed ... but after entering my email address ... I changed my mind and went back and deleted that email address from the screen it had been entered on and then closed the browser window

a little later ... tried to access my email account in the normal way ... and it was TOTALLY BLOCKED!!!!!! could not get in ... called my ISP ... they confirmed I had the right password ... but they also could not get into my account!!

?????????????

something is seriously wrong here and I can assure you ... I will not go anywhere near signing in for a Firefox acc again!!

thanks wayneg

I would assume a temporary glitch on the server or the server may have crashed.

You can try again later to see if the problem got fixed. Otherwise contact the website for support.
