Sometimes Firefox starts with wrong settings

When I run Firefox for Android 62.0.3 sometimes it starts with the Top Sites panel that I disabled and without my privacy settings. I will only notice that if I open it directly and see the Top Sites panel or try to quit and the option is not there.
