running APC UPS powerchute software on pc https://localhost:6547

I'm getting. An error occurred during a connection to localhost:6547. SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code. Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ

however I do not get this error in IE or chrome.

Things I have tried. - safe mode - set max an min tls to 0 - added url to security.tls.insecure_fallback_hosts - disabled antivirus - tried to export cert from IE and import to firefox. won't let me. - cleared cache and cookies

The attached image is what I am supposed to see.
