I believe July 10 was the date that Win10 updated. I am unable to receive emails to one address, although I can still send. I can receive emails to that address on different devices. It is a real disaster, I now have over 2,000 emails I cannot access on my PC.

If you have a Firefox account, it may be registered with one of your email accounts, but that shouldn't affect whether that account is receiving mail properly in TB. Also, the fact those accounts work on other devices with different mail apps doesn't rule out the possibility of a corrupted message blocking downloads to TB through the POP or IMAP server.

Is it possible there's a message blocking downloads to TB?

I see that about 16 days earlier, I was asked by Mozilla in an email to confirm my sign-in. Which I am told I already did, when I tried to use the link just now. So is it possible that this has somehow botched my account?
