I can't open Amazon links found in Google search results. I've tried disabling my content blocking settings, but no luck.

I've tried in Safe Mode as well and still can not open the links.
Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error message(s) ?

- How to clear the Firefox cache {web link}
If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration {web link} in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
I updated shortly before your post, so I assume you didn't see it. I tried safe mode and it still didn't work. I just tried turning off hardware acceleration and still nothing. I'm going to try clearing cookies and cache, although I was hoping to avoid that.
As for error messages, there are none. I only get a connection time out after a few minutes. I've attached a screenshot, although it doesn't show any detail.
I've tried everything you suggested Fred and still nothing.
See if this helps; There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Can you access the site directly without going through the Google search results page?
Is the problem with "organic" web results -- the ones below the advertising sections at the top of the results -- or is it limited to the ads?
