I usually want to sync my bookmarks from my laptop to my android phone. But sometimes I add 1 to the phone that I want to add to my laptop. Or sometimes I accidentally delete some on my phone and don't want to have those "new" bookmarks synced to my laptop. My question is how do I control which bookmarks are synced to which device?

Hi

Firefox Sync is bi directional and will repeatedly update to make sure that each device connected to your Firefox Account has the most up to date set of bookmarks.

So if I accidently delete the bookmarks on my phone it will send that to my laptop and delete the bookmarks there when it syncs?

Yes, that is what I would expect to happen.
