Before resetting my pc back to factory, I synched with another pc. When this pc is reset, will I lose the sync items (tabs/bookmarks/history) on the other comp?

My current pc has Win 7 and will be reset to factory and be updated to windows 10 (pre-installed). I bought a new computer (win 10) and downloaded mozilla and then synched the win 7 computer to the win 10 computer. After I reset the win 7 pc back to factory, will I lose the items that synced on the win 10 computer - ie tabs, bookmarks, history? Thanks.

It would probably be a good idea to back up your Profile, first. Just in case...

Not a Sync user, but make sure you sync the live system and turn it off (or turn off Sync) before syncing the new install. If you get your expected data synced in, then it should be fine. Turn off Sync before the factory reset on the Win 7 box? Although with most factory resets, you will lose applications, data, settings, Windows Updates, and anything else that didn't come with the system out of the box. (And you will get back anything from factory you had uninstalled.) Even if FF was factory installed, it is going to be waaaayyy out of date after reset. :D

If you didn't take any special precautions when you synced to the new Win10 box with an empty Firefox profile, i don't see why a factory reset would change anything.
