I'm using a Dell Latitude 3190 3in1 laptop with Win10Pro. My Firefox home page is my local internet provider's main page. Why do I keep getting oval popups in the lower left hand corner telling me I have people all over the internet interested in my internet service provider?

Sounds like an ad from your provider.

Nope. But it looks like something thinks I'm the provider.

The page is here: https://www.montanainternet.com/

The popups are lozenge shaped and come up and them disappear.
