Do you have two smtp servers that have the same settings except for the User Name (email address), or are both accounts sending through the same server (with the personal User Name)? Right-click an account in the Folder Pane, Settings, and look for Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the right pane. Click Edit SMTP server... to compare the User Name with the User Name of the account. Add additional smtp servers in Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom left of Account Settings if necessary, then point each account to the correct smtp.
