Hi

We have seen several such access denied issues all most all reported on Mac, but I haven't seen a cause and cure. Such a block is usually caused by some filter used on the server to protect about abuse and apparently your HTTP request headers look suspicious.

What security software do you have in case that is causing problems? How is your browser reported ? Does your IP look OK ?
