Unable to access customerconnect.vmware.com but can in the "other" browser. I have tried the recommended turning off proxy, or Private mode, safe mode, etc. Nothing seems to be working.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Server not found

Firefox can’t find the server at customerconnect.vmware.com.

See if this web search helps: https://www.bing.com/search?q=customerconnect.vmware

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at customerconnect.vmware.com.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.
