As of the latest update 96.0.3 (64-bit), our entire team has been experiencing an issue where when we access our client's portals, a file that is stored and accessible for download automatically pop-ups to be opened/saved. This happens throughout the portal as we navigate to other pages as well. It is a PDF file and this occurs on any of our client portals. We are not sure what is triggering the pop-up to download/save the file without actually clicking on the link where the file exists. Any help is appreciated.

I am not even sure what/where to look using this tool... but happy to try if you can provide additional guidance.
