Trying to get in my account with spectrum.net. Have always had issues with Spectrum and Firefox but eventually would get to my account, but not this time. Can load Spectrum's home page and the sign in page but after entering sign in info, I click the Sign In button all I get is a white page. I cannot load My Account page with Firefox. I can do it with MS Edge but not FF. Firefox and Win 10 are the latest versions. I did clear the cache and cookies and reload FF but no help.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
