Hello,

Recently when we print using firefox as our browser it is corrupting the header and footer on our letters and invoices to a larger scale e.g. 400%. We have tried using chrome and we dont have the same issues, it works perfectly. We would prefer to use firefox due to the security settings, so we would love to resolve this issue. We have reset and wiped our Mac and reinstalled all of our drivers and software (including firefox) and we are still having the same issue across all of our computers.

Our number is [removed phone# from public], we would appreciate your help!

As a mac user, the solution that I have come across is downloading whatever document you wish to print on to your macbook and then printing it from the "preview" application. Additionally, when viewing a document you can select view from system viewer to be able to view it in preview, where you can then print it from without having to download it on to your local device
