Replacing a missing password
I first try to sign in with my account and then they ask you to verify who you are by calling your cell phone. My cell phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, they can't contact my cell phone My cell phone just doesn't register the call.

I am afraid your cell issue is not something in the scope of this forum. Perhaps try other authentication method to the two factor authentication you are clearly using.
