I contributed (paid) for the extension to capture streaming browser screen and audio to .mp4 which worked very well until my PC crashed so I had to re-download and install Firefox - now I can't capture streaming browser screen and audio to .mp4. How do I get that capability back? Thank you!

This isn't something for Firefox to fix but for the Addon or Apps you used that did this function. By default Firefox doesn't download video or Audio if they are protected media. You need to contact the Extension/Addon you used for issues that your having.
