Hi, I would like to change my e mail address on Firefox. Because I moved, the e mail address that is listed on the account is no longer available to me. The problem is, when I try sign into my account to change the address, Firefox wants me to “Enter confirmation code” …which is being sent to the old e mail address which I no longer can access. With no “Confirmation code”, I cannot do anything. HELP! Thank you in advance, Bob

P.S. in case any replies are going to be sent to that old e mail address (that I cannot access), here is my new address that I would like to update… [email removed from public]

Thanks again.

Nothing anyone on forum users can help as if your Primary email is needed for any changes or update email logins. That is a lost account and to move on and make a new one that will not lock your access out in the future.

I'm afraid that you will have to create a new account if you lost access to the email that is currently associated.

For cases like this is there a secondary email possible, but you would have to set this as the primary email address while you still have access.

You can add a secondary email address and confirm this address. Once it has been confirmed, you can make the secondary email address your primary email address.
