All my history, passwords and bookmarks got deleted on my local when I deleted my firefox account. My only intention was to deleted the account not all the history, etc on local.
All my history, passwords and bookmarks got deleted on my local when I deleted my firefox account. This was not the intention and now I am unable to recover any of that? The logins.json file seem to be modified after this episode and I can't find a previous version. How to recover my passwords and history?

Deleting Firefox account doesn't remove local stored bookmark, AutoLogin information. Unless you wiped clean the Firefox folder then the data would be gone. And what exactly do you mean "I deleted my firefox account" - this is confusing for anyone reading to know what steps you did.
It means just that. I went to my firefox account where it syncs all my data. I wanted to remove all my data from the firefox account and delete my account but not my local. After deletion it deleted all my local history too. No I did not clean the Firefox folder, that doesn't make sense why would I do that and then complain about losing my history? Here is a picture for you to understand what it means to delete firefox account (I pressed delete my account button before this):

To recover your passwords and history :
1. Check for local backups in the Firefox profile folder. 2. Look for shadow copies of the profile folder. 3. Use file recovery tools like Recuva. 4. Try logging in again with Firefox Sync for possible restoration. 5. Consider professional data recovery services as a last resort.
Remember to back up your data regularly to avoid such issues in the future.
