The free virgin.net email service was shut down without notice about 2 years ago so I can no longer receive the verification code to cahnge it in my Firefox account. Is there another method to change the email address registered with Firefox?

Hi

I am sorry but you will need to set up a new Firefox Account. As a security measure to protect user information, you need access to the email account to be able to change it.
